This dataset identifies sites (properties, gravesites) with cultural heritage values to be protected (e.g. ensure graves are not disturbed, heritage buildings are retained, photographic records are captured where appropriate, and heritage form, character and setting is retained). Sites listed in the following are not included in this mapping: Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2003, Queensland Heritage Act 1992 (State register), Environmental Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (national register). |
